FOR REJUVENATION:
Use the panels two ways for rejuvenation:
You can use the panels TWO ways on the face:
1. Hold the panels directly onto the face, safely touching the diodes onto CLEAN skin, keeping eyes CLOSED. The lights will not harm your eyes, provided eyes are closed. The timer is set to 17 minutes. If you do not have 17 minutes due to your busy schedule, simply reduce usage to 9-10 minutes a day and turn off the LED when done.
2. A second option for using the LED on the face is to place the panels on the stand making certain that your CLEAN face is as close to the light diodes as possible. The light diodes can safely touch the face. PLEASE KEEP EYES CLOSED. Once you achieve the desired effect, simply reduce usage to two times a week for maintenance.
TO ENSURE BEST RESULTS:
Tip 1: Be sure to exfoliate skin twice a week to allow the fresh new cells to plump and surface. To exfoliate skin: Gently scrub baking soda on wet skin or use powerful paste Microdermabrasion Scrub, found at the shop at a discount price.

long do I hold the unit on each area?
For For anti-aging and skin repair, use the LED unit on CLEAN skin

it is not affected by light, but a cover is always advised particularly

Does

How
do I operate the LED?
Press power button and release. A beep sound means the LED's lights are
on. It will beep once each minute. Then it beeps 3 times when done.
How
do I know the LED is on?
You will notice that the RED LEDs light up, and the infrared diodes can't
be seen with the human eye. If the red lights are visible, then you know
the infrared diodes are engaged.

on a paper towel to clean the unit after each use. Do not pour rubbing

Studies
on LED Red Light Therapy:
LED light is very beneficial in treating problems close to the skins surface
such as wounds, cuts, and scars. Skin layers, because of their high blood
and water content, absorb red light very readily and deliver enough energy
to stimulate a response from the body to heal itself.
LED Photons must be absorbed to produce a biological response.
