Directions: At night, first cleanse skin with Beyond Clean Cleanser which contains salicylic acid and zinc to help reduce inflammation and provide gentle exfoliation. Then balance pH of skin by applying an alcohol-free, paraben-free toner such as Anti-Aging Pycnogenol Toner with a cotton ball. Next apply a small pea sized drop of Beyond CP to cover the entire face.

In the morning, after cleansing and toning skin, apply Beyond Essential Moisturizer, with copper peptides, antioxidants and moisturizers for daytime. Then apply sun screen overtop, and lastly, your makeup.

A note about copper peptides: Copper Tripeptide-1 is often referred to as the most effective skin regeneration product, even though it's only been on the market since 1997.
