Shipping Skincare, Books & Videos
are shipped within USA via Priority Mail. Book orders
and DVD's are shipped via 1st Class USPS. USA deliveries: Please
allow 3 to 14 business days for your order to arrive when shipped
throughout the USA.
CA. Sales Tax:
Effective April 1, 2013, CA. sales tax in the amount
of 9.00% will be charged on all online orders shipped within
California. If Java Script is not activated on your computer,
we will calculate and charge CA sales tax to credit card used
on order.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping (Including Canada)
S & H fees currently posted on the web site are for shipping
within USA ONLY. Additional S&H fees are charged
on all International orders due to weight,
destination, and customs forms processing. Additional
fees will be charged to the credit card used to place your order.
A receipt for additional S+H will be enclosed in your order.
Please allow 14 to 28 business days for INTERNATIONAL
orders to arrive. Customs inspections may delay your shipment.
Please be aware that you may be charged brokerage, duty, customs
or taxes by your government.
International Delivery Enquiries: Orders arrive between
14 and 28 business days on international deliveries. If your
order has not arrived BY the 28th business day please

are final, no refunds. You may exchange an unused item within

order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a $5.00
cancellation processing fee before credit is issued. Sorry,

Your LED
order is processed and billed by the manufacturer which includes
our discount offer, and shipped via UPS Ground in the USA
and via USPS for Canada orders. Each shipped order includes
a stand, velcro strap for body placement, user instructions,
30-day money-back guarantee, 1-year warranty, and customer service
phone numbers. We are CPI compliant. All customer information
is strictly confidential.
Effective Jan. 29/13 we accept PayPal and M/C, VISA,
AMEX and Discover credit cards for all orders. Be aware
that international orders may be subject to customs, duty or

Tracking
& Delivery for USA, Canada & International orders:
Once shipped, USA orders arrive within 3 - 6 business days and
Canadian and international orders arrive in 7-10 business days.
NOTE: Holiday deliveries may be delayed due to higher mail volume
so we cannot guarantee speedy delivery at that time. Please
order early. If you reside in an apartment or condo complex
and do not receive your LED within 7-14 days from date of receiving
a tracking number, check with your manager's office. For late
International LED orders, check your local post office for pick
up. Please bring identification and tracking number with you.

Warranty,
Repairs & Extended Warranty:
You no longer require a warranty card as the manufacturer notes
all dates of purchase and you will be in our system. The 2-panel
LED unit comes with a 1-year parts and labor warranty from the
date of purchase. For repairs, contact the manufacturer's number
noted in user manual or email

Purchasing an extended warranty:
You have up to 6 months from the date of original purchase to
buy an extended warranty. One year extended warranty is $19.95
and two year extended warranty is only $29.95. We recommend
an extended warranty for professional offices or several members
in one family using the LED each day. For extended warranty

returns must be requested via email to ensure your RMA Return
# request date is documented. You have 30
days beginning the date of delivery of your LED to make a return.
