What is Acid-Alkaline Balance?
The nutritional and chemical make-up of each person is unique. Therefore, the dietary needs vary from person to person. The Standard American Diet (SAD) produces an acid state within the organism, thus causing a breeding ground for a variety of chronic illnesses and dis-ease. Most everything the average person eats and/or drinks is acid forming. Alkalizing the body aids in transformation. Most people will wonder how a diet so simple can have such powerful results. Putting it simply, acids are corrosive, causing inflammation and body breakdown.
