How to create an Age Spot Reducer for Hands & Forearms

Age-Spot Reducer

The scrubbing action of baking soda, the lactic acid in yogurt and bleaching power of lemon juice make this an effective recipe for an age-spot reducer on hands and forearms.

Ingredients:

  1. 6 tbsp. plain yogurt
  2. 3 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  3. 10 -12 tbsp. baking soda
  4. 1 tsp. olive oil

Combine yogurt, lemon juice and baking soda to make a paste. Scrub the paste on tops of hands and the forearms for 2 minutes. Then, leave the mixture on hands and arms for 20 minutes. Rinse off with tepid water. Afterward apply olive oil or your favorite moisturizer on skin.
