Slimming Tonic User Tips
To help reduce weight and ignite fat burning, drink this combination before each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner). If the vinegar mixture is too strong, start with 1 tsp. of apple cider vinegar and within one week, work your way up to 1 tbsp. If you can’t tolerate the taste, try adding a little stevia or raw honey to the water/ACV and warm slightly in the microwave. Then drink it down with the garlic capsule. If you’re not fond of drinking the AC vinegar, you can find apple cider vinegar capsules at your local health food store. I also suggest making salad with AC vinegar, olive oil and crushed garlic, though taking the slimming tonic prior to meals provides faster results.
