Directions
Place the device in your mouth and “turn your lips under” or another way to explain is this is to “wrap your lips around your teeth” as you do the reps. This new updated motion will help prevent lines around the mouth while at the same time creating a workout that strengthens the facial muscles.
If you’re new to doing facial exercises, you can start with three sets of 20 reps, every other day. Then, work your way up to three sets of 50 reps, every other day.
NOTE: Though the manufacturer suggests making a repeating “kissing” motion, as noted on the box, one of my clients mentioned to me that perhaps the kissing motion could emphasize lip lines. So, if you have lip lines, try turn wrapping your lips around your teeth while doing your reps. Thank you Jackie for your suggestion. It does the trick!
