This regimen is for every skin type whether your skin is normal, dry, mature, normal, oily, blemish or acne-prone, or sensitive with rosacea. Morning Regimen

STEP 1: Cleanse skin with  Beyond Clean Cleanser  made with premium grade nutrient-rich, non-oily antioxidant-rich sea kelp bioferment, anti-inflammatory zinc, and skin exfoliating blemish buster – salicylic acid. It cleanses and helps decrease redness without drying the skin. TIP: Use lukewarm water – never hot water to prevent broken capillaries and stripping your skin.

STEP 2: Moisturize face and neck. Try either OPTION 1 or OPTION 2 offered below:

OPTION 1: Combine 2-3 drops of our skin quenching Ceramide & Lipid Skin Rescue with our popular moisturizer, Ultimate Age-Proofing Complex in the palm of your hand, and apply to face and neck. Add a little extra Ceramide & Lipid Skin Rescue on the neck because that skin is much thinner, with less elasticity. It differs from our facial skin so the neck needs extra hydration.

The Ceramide & Lipid Skin Rescue (aka FC&LSR) is loaded with proven skin barrier hydrators for all every skin type. Even those with oily or blemish prone skin will love Ceramide & Lipid Skin Rescue because it is non-comedogenic. It quenches the skin, gently exfoliates and brightens, smooths lines, and calms redness and inflammation resulting in a more youthful and dewy complexion. By combining the FC&LSR with our top selling moisturizer, Ultimate Age-Proofing Complex (aka UAPC) with Max% Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF), 3 powerful professional strength peptides, hyaluronic acid and nourishing antioxidants on face, neck – even under the eyes – you will achieve amazing age-defying results. STEP 3: For those with dark circles or puffy eyes, apply either Eye Perfect or Ultimate Eye Crème. Both premium eye creams offer peptides and antioxidants at affordable prices. STEP 4: Follow with nano-particle-free UVA/UVB broad spectrum sunscreen/moisturizer such as our 30 SPF by Suntegrity. It’s non-greasy and offers zinc to help prevent breakouts, powerful antioxidants to defy aging skin and the primer makes makeup look smooth and gorgeous. TIP: Apply a very tiny dot (the size of a grain of rice) on your chin, on each cheek, on the forehead, and 2-3 dots on the neck and on the chest. Blend well using a kabuki brush. Wait 60 seconds, then apply makeup.

Evening Regimen

STEP 1: Cleanse as noted in the Morning Regimen.

STEP 2: Apply any one the following age-defying options below. They each offer many powerful age-defying combinations.

Needle Rolling

Needle rolling is another way to stimulate collagen quickly. Lastly, To help protect you and your family’s health I also highly recommend avoiding fragranced laundry detergents, scented dryer beads and sheets – yikes! – they coat your washed clothing with toxic chemicals which make their way into your skin and lodge into our organs, thus causing all sorts of health issues as noted above. Also avoid those highly advertised room, rug and furniture sprays, plug-in scents, candles, body sprays, and any scented face and body products. They are toxic. Check with the manufacturer if you want to know if a fragrance (AKA parfum) noted on the labels of your products is synthetic or an extract from real flowers. Extracts from real flowers are okay. However, if you’re planning to get pregnant or going through hormonal changes such as menopause, avoid all scents, even extracts for better health.
